Larger components and structural elements are sandblasted using recyclable steel-shot media in our 60' x 50' booth, while fleet vehicles and smaller parts receive careful manual preparation to guarantee proper adhesion. Once prepped and masked, our team applies high-performance primers and topcoats using systems such as PPG Deltron NXT and PPG Delfleet Essentials. We can match any existing color or create custom finishes to meet your branding requirements.

Our 42,000-square-foot facility in Akron, Indiana features multiple large industrial paint booths capable of accommodating full-size fleet vehicles, along with dedicated automotive booths and extensive storage. This capacity allows us to efficiently handle projects of nearly any scale while maintaining consistent quality.

From epoxy, polyurethane, and zinc-rich coatings to specialty and CARC systems, we select the right coating for each application to deliver durable, weather-resistant, and attractive results. After coating and drying, vehicles undergo final inspection and a thorough wash so they leave our shop ready for the road.
