Sandblasting / Metal Preparation
Larger industrial items such as concrete mixers, telecommunication towers, trailers, frames, axles, housings, and structural steel, are sandblasted using our recyclable steel-shot media. Our system can also accommodate a variety of other blast media as needed.
Smaller items and fleet equipment, including school buses, RVs, marine products, plastic components, automotive parts, and castings, are carefully hand-prepped by our team to ensure proper adhesion of prime and top coats.
Prime / Top Coat
Once surfaces are fully prepped and properly masked, our technicians apply primer and topcoat. Certain machined parts or castings may only require a primer. We work closely with you to select the ideal coating system for each project and can formulate any color or precisely match an existing one using PPG Deltron NXT and PPG Delfleet Essentials.
Reassembly / Final Inspection
After coated surfaces have fully dried, we reassemble components and perform a thorough final inspection of the parts or vehicle. Machined parts and castings are carefully packed with wax paper for protection during transit, while larger items receive foam inserts to safeguard all surfaces. Fleet vehicles are washed in our dedicated wash bay so they leave our shop ready for the road.
